This place is amazing. Food is delicious and the service was quick. My wife and i absolutely enjoyed the dishes and cleaned the plates. Started of with a thai iced tea which is not too sweet that way i prefer. Hed tod (fried oyster mushroom) was unlike anything i had before. Their fried rice (kao pad) was spicy and flavorful. Pad prik khing was fantastic. We are going to visit again and try other dishes. Ah wait sticky mango rice was good too and not too sweet.

Got the red curry with the roasted duck, pad see ew with beef and the pork spring rolls. The spring rolls were so delicious with the little sauce that comes with it. The tanginess is excellent. The duck was not at all gamey or overly fatty. The pad see ew was perfect on the sauciness and the chicken was not dry at all. The portions were a good size for one person, not Texas size. Service people were very attentive too and food came out fast.

One of my favorite Thai restaurants in the Austin area. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh, but the real star is Peter, the server. He's so friendly and warm and made great suggestions on the food. He even noticed that I was eating some of the Thai chilis from my plate so he brought over some housemade sauce that was perfectly spicy and savory. The fried oyster mushroom appetizer is the tits. It's definitely a must have! We always get it when we come here. I haven't been disappointed by anything yet. Highly recommend!

We’ve visited Ros Niyum Thai multiple times now, and it has consistently been a satisfying dining experience. Over several visits, we’ve tried their curries, noodles, and fried rice, and the quality and portion sizes have always been impressive. Great quantity for the price! One thing to note is their spice level system—rated as 1, 2, 3 (Mild, Medium, Spicy). We usually order Medium, but for us it turns out the spice we want(we usually eat spicy). So if you prefer a balanced heat, I’d recommend ordering one level below your usual spice tolerance. It makes a noticeable difference and lets you enjoy the flavors better. Their appetizers are definitely worth exploring. The rolls are crisp and flavorful, and if you enjoy a hint of sweetness, the puffs are a delightful option. Don’t forget to ask for their hot sauce—it elevates the appetizers perfectly. A special mention goes to my absolute favorite: the fried ice cream! It’s a must-try dessert with a fun texture and great taste, and it’s the perfect finish to the meal. Service is consistently fast, friendly, and efficient, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Pros: Great portions, flavorful dishes, fast service, tasty desserts. Cons: Spice levels run hotter than expected. Overall, a solid spot for reliable and delicious Thai food.

I recently visited Ros Niyom in Round Rock, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere — stylish but comfortable, with a welcoming staff that made me feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot for both casual lunches and cozy dinners. The food was outstanding — full of authentic Thai flavors and beautifully presented. I ordered a few dishes to share, and every single one was delicious. The curry had the perfect balance of spice and creaminess, the noodles were cooked just right, and the ingredients tasted fresh and vibrant. You can tell everything is made with care and attention to detail. The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed. The staff were happy to make recommendations and adjust spice levels, which I really appreciated. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality you get.
